We are an authorized repair center for Kurt. We will gladly come to your facility, pick up your vises, repair them and deliver them to you after the repair is completed.
Spindle Grinding
Getting your spindle taper back to factory spec on taper accuracy after a collision has caused damage or just a tune up after years of taper wear is also a service we offer. Grinding your taper onsite can achieve nearly a perfect test bar result by removing the bell mouth or galling of your spindle taper. The benefits of tooling running concentrically are increased tool life, better surface finish and decreased vibration in the cut.
Install, Rebuild, Relocate
